cd14: first insem at home with ICI sperm from CCB. Early evening.
cd15: second insem, IUI at clinic with same donor. Early morning.
12dpo: BFP!
19dpo: Bleeding, 2 BFN's on htp's. M/C early morning.
April 2010:
Break due to M/C.
May 2010: BFN #1
cd 16: IUI 4pm. No positive on OPK, but open cervix. OB has to tilt uterus to get catheter in. Ouch!
cd 17: ICI, 3:30 pm.
cd 19: Positive OPK 11AM. Whoops!
June 2010:BFP, Miscarriage
cd 17: Positive OPK. ICI w/ 2 vials, 6:30am. IUI at clinic, 4:00pm. Lining measures 1.21cm, follicle at 2.64cm. Progesterone suppositories 200mg/day.
11dpo: BFP!
15dpo: 1st Beta: 323
17dpo: 2nd Beta: 822. Doubling time: 35 hours.
8w2d ultrasound: no heartbeat or sack. Fetus measures only 6 wks.
Take drugs to induce miscarriage. Second round of drugs finally works after 1 week. Miscarry while on vacation in Mexico. Good times.
July/August 2010: Try to recover from second m/c, mandated break. Start yoga and running 3x a week, also change acupuncturists and begin Chinese herbs every day.
September 2010: BFN #2
New Donor
cd 15: Positive OPK, ICI at home 7:30pm.
cd 16: IUI at clinic, 9:30 am. Decide not to supplement with progesterone to get accurate testing reading.
cd 21: Progesterone mid-luteal is only 4.2. No wonder I've been miscarrying. Big sigh. Cholesterol is also low, at 138. Cholesterol helps regulate progesterone. Begin working to raise cholesterol. OB recommends Femara and double progesterone supplements. This is the new plan.
October 2010: BFP
cd1: Oct. 1. convenient.
Donor only has ICI samples left, so ICI inseminations this month. Can't decide if this is really crazy or really stupid. Or both.
cd 3-7: Femara, 2.5mg daily
cd 11: faint positive opk (4 days earlier than usual) insem at home with 2 vials, 6:30pm.
cd 12: First RE appointment. u/s shows one 29x31 follie on right side. Solid positive opk. Second insem with two vials at home at 1:30pm. No IUI this month.
cd 13: large temp jump. Ovulation confirmed on cd12.
cd14: 2dpo, start 200mg prometrium, twice daily.
cd 15-23: become crazy depressed, raving lunatic, progesterone-fueled bitch. My poor wife.
cd 23: 12dpo. Faint positive on hpt.
cd 24: 13 dpo. More solid positive on hpt.
cd 25: 14 dpo. Solid positive hpt. First beta is: 40. Progesterone: 28.8. Worried about low beta but glad progesterone is high.
cd 27: 15dpo. No more hpt's or bbt's, thank you very much. Second beta is......99! Doubling rate: 33.65 hours. Faster than last time but lower numbers. As long as it doubles with/in 48 hrs, I'm cool.
5w5d ultrasound: Only yolk and sac found. 50% chance viability. Wait one excruciating week.
6w5d ultrasound: HEARTBEAT FOUND!!!
9w ultrasound: Heartbeat, arm buds...everything's on track!
HERE WE GO!!!

FSH: 7.2 (not sure this was really taken on cd3)
Estradiol: 28
AMH: .73
(I'm still not sure these are that bad- RE seemed to think that either these were taken on the wrong day, or they're not representative of what he's seen follicle-count wise..?)
Feb 2013: BFN #3
cd 3-7 Femara 250 mg daily.
cd 14: faint positive OPK.
cd 15: IUI at my OB's house. We're buddies. Long story.
Also, there was an at-home insem in there as well, don't remember exactly when..
2dpo: 400mg progesterone daily
12dpo: neg hpt.
March 2013: BFN #4
cd 3-7: Femara 250 mg daily
cd 14: faint positive OPK. At home insem with 2 vials at 10:30 pm.
cd 15: positive OPK- at-home IUI with travelling midwifery service. Late night insem at 11pm with 1 vial.
2dpo: 400mg progesterone daily
12dpo: neg hpt.
April: break due to travel/visiting family.

Mid-cycle u/s shows 19 total follies, one large on L side, at 21mm.
mid-level progesterone is 16! (progesterone may not be the reason I miscarried twice. Not sure if this news is good or bad..)
May 2013: BFN #5 (Is this getting harder after 35, or is it just me?)
First cycle with Fertility Clinic. Doc came from 2 personal recs, clinic is fine.
cd 1: May 2
cd 3: Femara, 500mg cd 3-7. Baseline u/s shows "great" lining, we're good to go.
cd 12: mid-cycle u/s shows one big 23mm follie on R side. I felt that one. Ovidrel shot administered 10pm.
cd 14: IUI at 11am. 37 hours after trigger shot. At-home insem at 1:30 pm. Spend afternoon reclined.
cd 15: temp rise confirming ovulation on cd15. Start 200mg progesterone daily.
14dpo: neg hpt. Shit.
Received refund from CCB for one vial.
June 2013: BFN #6
cd 3-7: 500mg Femara
cd 10: start taking OPK's, get POS on 2 at 10:30am. Shit! (forgot to start taking them on cd 9). Race over to clinic for u/s at 12. u/s shows "great" lining and one 30mm follie on the R side, hasn't dropped. Take Ovidrel shot at clinic.
cd 11: IUI at 10am. 18.2 million count combining two sub-par vials, with good motility. My temps have been erratic, but rose this morning :( Not sure if I ovulated overnight- let's hope not. No rest this time, continue on with my day per usual.
3dpo: labor-like contractions for an hour. wtf? Not many symptoms the rest of the cycle: slightly sore bbs, a teeny bit of nausea, dull cramps on right side for a few days.
cd14: neg hpt.
-Think we missed ovulation the night of cd10. Received refund from CCB for both vials.
July 2013: Missed cycle due to "large" corpus luteal cyst on L side :(
